You can cancel an order for a printed book/shipping product for approximately one hour from the time the order and for this cancellation, you will receive a full refund.
You will also receive a full refund if the printed book/shipping product is not available. We will notify you about this via e-mail.
You can contact us through this Contact Form about the replacement of printed book/shipping product within 30 days from the purchase date. After contacting us if both you and Chemical Engineering Spot think replacement is necessary, we will request you to return the printed book/shipping product. Returned printed book/shipping product must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. We will work with you to secure a replacement copy if necessary.
Chemical Engineering Spot eBooks (including PDF books) are not subject to the above Cancellation Policy or the Return Policy for printed books//shipping products. Chemical Engineering Spot does not provide the ability for Users to cancel orders or obtain refunds for, or to receive replacements of, eBooks (including PDF books).
